Our Carbon Nation does not believe Carbon Offsetting is the answer to global warming. We believe that first and foremost we must all take action to reduce our carbon footprint.
With this in mind we are currently working on updating our site to promote the three pronged approach to carbon reduction. That is measure, reduce, offset.
Once the first two stages of the process have taken place we believe that offsetting is a useful tool that if used correctly will reduce the impact of those emissions that it is difficult or impossible to reduce.
Our Carbon Nation promote transparency and open communication. Our portal provides a platform for consumers and providers alike to raise and address any issues.

Following consumer feedback we are currently updating the information we provide. This should offer a wider range of information to help individuals and corporations decide which provider best meets their requirements.
Our site has been produced with the support of all the major offset providers. Each provider has supplied their own information. The profiles are compiled to allow comparisons to be made between the providers.
